On the Supply Side: We had an increase in inventory of new homes for sale of over 20% for Fairfield County and 40% for New Haven County.
Despite Affordability Challenges: The buyers demand was high with an average of 2.2% over ask for closed homes in Fairfield County and 1.86% in New Haven County.
